Terry Konrath is a high school graduate of Bossier High in North Louisiana. Terry traveled to California to obtain her BFA and MFA (CalArts) in both fine arts and photography. She is a working fine artist, illustrator and documentary photographer. Terry is part of the “slow” photography movement, which is based in the commitment to use film and build relationships with the people whom sit for her portraits. Most recently she was awarded the 2020 Ross Lynn Foundation artist in residency, where she will be photographing farmers who are utilizing, and chefs who are sourcing from, sustainable farming methods in the Northern Louisiana region.
